Kindly find below the Roles & Responsibilities.
1. Achieving business/sales target through retail, distributor & dealer network.
2. Developing retail channels & dealers & distributors network
3. To have better coordination & provide excellent service to the dealers.
4. To provide data of other mills fast selling goods with shades, price, both ex-mill & wholesale.
5. Regularly visit the retailers with product hangers for awareness of new qualities.
6. To maintain data of quarter wise & season wise moving qualities / base /shade.
7. To motivate dealers for the benefit of advance planning & coordinate with them for the same.
8. Promotion of new qualities by giving brief knowledge of its specialties among wholesalers & retailers.
9. To follow up with collection
10. To give feedback about competitors activities with respect to promotions, schemes, sales & marketing strategies.
11. To motivate wholesalers for sales promotional activities like Apparel display, mini conferences.
12. Kept track of customers /dealers/ agents information, send reports & forecast future trend in their needs / behavior.
