We are urgently looking for a Area Sales Manager in to Retail Operations for franchisee EBO of Siyarams with our Store for East India.
Note: We are looking for the candidates from Garments or Textile industry having an exposure of handling franchisee outlets.
1. Day to day management of EBOs. (FOFO Stores)
2. Responsible for Organizing Sales, Planning, and Profitability of EBO stores.(FOFO Stores).
3. Involved in Exclusive Brand Outlet Management, Sales forecasting / demand planning, vendor management, and retail return policy, Manpower Hiring / Training / Retention
4. Monitoring the market environment and competitor activities
5. Responsibility for entire operations in the assigned territory.
6. Developing and implementing sales strategy at Regional level
7. Supervising the sales team and ensuring achievement of sales targets
8. Coordinating with the various related departments for trouble free execution of projects
9. Directing the overall activities of retail operations of all the stores. Evaluating proposed policies and procedures and making recommendations for increased savings and cost reductions
10. Setting monthly target and action plan
11. Strategic planning for the process; setting up operational goals and performance objectives, monitor and improve performance
12. Planning and managing Store Operations - including Operations procedures in the store to deliver desired level of customer satisfaction
13. Maintaining existing quality procedures and creating new procedures to continually improve customer service.
